Bardon Supplies is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join their Belleville team. This is an excellent opportunity for a certified Journeyperson or a motivated 3rd-year apprentice looking to grow their career with a respected industry leader.

Qualifications

  • Certified 308A Sheet Metal Journeyperson
  • 3rd-year apprentices will also be considered
  • Active member in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong mathematical and measurement skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Physically capable of performing shop duties
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety

Preferred

  • CNC Plasma Table experience
  • Forklift experience

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate sheet metal and ductwork components for HVAC systems
  • Review customer requirements and specifications
  • Calculate material requirements and costs
  • Monitor and maintain Tinshop inventory
  • Maintain shop tools and equipment
  • Support and mentor apprentices and helpers
  • Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
