Bardon Supplies Limited is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate to join their Belleville team! This is a full-time (40 hours), permanent position.   The schedule runs Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in preparing and packing orders, assisting with receiving, loading company vehicles, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. If you have warehouse experience, forklift skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent).
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience (picking/packing orders).
  • Previous forklift experience (reach truck, counterbalance, order picker).
  • Comfortable working at heights; certification is an asset.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and safety awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and pack orders for loading and shipping; verify the accuracy of the count and material type.
  • Assist with receiving tasks, verify stock, and place materials in designated locations.
  • Load company vehicles/trucks for prompt and secure deliveries.
  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment by keeping aisles and shelves clear.
  • Operate and maintain equipment (e.g., forklift, pump truck) safely; report issues promptly.
  • Act as a backup delivery driver when needed.
  • Assist with annual physical inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
