Freelance Creative Designer
AMP Visual Media is looking for a design-first creative to join our roster on a per-project freelance basis. If your work leads with strong visual instincts and your portfolio proves it, we want to hear from you.

AMP Visual Media helps growing brands trade noise for signal, through strategy, brand, and content that actually moves people.

About the role
This is a hybrid freelance position based in Belleville, Ontario. You’ll work on a per-project basis, collaborating directly with our team at the studio when needed. Projects will span both graphic design and web design, you should be equally comfortable creating a brand asset as you are building out a polished website.

What you’ll work on

Graphic design:  brand identity, print, social, campaign assets

Web design: building and designing sites in Framer and WordPress

What we’re looking for…

A strong portfolio that puts design front and centre, this is the first thing we’ll look at.

Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc)

Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or Framer

Based in or near Belleville, ON. Must be available to come into the studio as needed.

Ability to take a brief and execute with minimal hand-holding

Compensation
Starting at $20/hr, paid per project. Rate may vary based on scope and experience.
