Albert College is hiring an Enrolment Management Associate to serve as a front-facing, results-driven ambassador of the College, with a primary focus on the international boarding experience. This role plays a key part in building and sustaining enrolment by developing meaningful relationships with prospective families and international agents, and by planning and executing high-impact enrolment initiatives both on campus and abroad.

The successful candidate will clearly articulate Albert College’s unique value proposition, respond effectively to evolving market conditions, and contribute to the development of a strong and sustainable enrolment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Relationship Management
  • Develop and articulate expertise in the distinct features and benefits of Albert College, a Canadian Accredited
  • Independent School (CAIS) offering day and boarding programs from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, international agents/partners, current parents, students, faculty, alumni, and other Albert College constituencies
  • Interview prospective students and assess suitability for enrolment
  • Collaborate with and support international agents/partners within assigned regions, including agent training and ongoing communication
  • Demonstrate proven sales and recruitment experience, confidently delivering presentations to both small and large audiences

Recruiting Events & Open Houses

  • Attend and represent Albert College at international recruiting events; international travel is expected, often for two to three weeks at a time during peak enrolment periods
  • Plan, organize, and execute in-person recruitment events such as FAM tours and enrolment receptions, including:Travel and venue coordination
  • Faculty and student participation
  • Catering and hospitality planning
  • Promotional materials, presentations, invitations, and social media promotion
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Office to promote events through digital platforms, update printed and digital materials, and ensure brand consistency

Administration & Enrolment Operations

  • Manage and respond to enrolment inquiries from designated regions within 24 hours, occasionally outside regular office hours due to international time zones and market competition
  • Schedule interviews, campus visits, and tours for prospective families
  • Assist with the development and revision of registration materials
  • Prepare documentation for student visas and study permits
  • Track and maintain enrolment documentation, including immigration and passport information
  • Support cross-departmental communication to strengthen relationships between faculty, boarding staff, and families
  • Assist with school opening activities, including planning, mailings, signage, and related tasks

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of direct sales and customer service experience, ideally working with individuals from diverse cultures and countries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong creative marketing knowledge, demographic analysis ability, and understanding of targeted communication strategies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in database management and enrolment analyticsExperience with Blackbaud Core
  • Enrolment is considered an asset
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to unexpected challenges
  • Self-motivated and confident when delivering recruitment presentations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and presentation software
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Valid driver’s licence and passport required
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, Mandarin, or Japanese) are considered a strong asset
