The Sales Growth Forum for Women Entrepreneurs

Ready to build a sales system that leads to more consistent revenue? Join other growth-minded women entrepreneurs for this training event!

Sales growth happens when we create a clear and repeatable journey that helps the right people discover your business, become customers, and continue buying from you.

To learn how to optimize your own sales process, join the Grow to Lead Network for Women Entrepreneurs for an in-person Sales Growth Forum for Women Entrepreneurs on Friday, September 18th, at the Small Business Centre in Belleville.

Attendees can choose between two optional workshop times:

  • 9:30 am–11:30 am
  • 1 pm–3 p.m.

Led by Grow to Lead Network Community Leader Kerry Ramsay and Program Lead Cheyanne O’Driscoll, the forum is designed to help you step outside the day-to-day activity of selling and look at the bigger picture of how sales actually happen in your businesses.

Through guided exercises, small-group discussion, and shared learning, participants will examine their current sales journey, identify gaps and opportunities, and determine where to focus their sales efforts over the next 30 days.

By the end of the forum, participants will:

  • Understand the four key drivers of sales growth
  • Map how customers currently move through their business
  • Identify gaps where potential sales may be getting lost
  • Take inventory of their current offers and how they connect
  • Identify opportunities to generate more qualified leads
  • Strengthen their approach to sales follow-up
  • Choose one clear sales growth priority for the next 30 days

Space is limited, so register today!

Light refreshments will be served.

Thank you to the Small Business Centre for its support of this event.

ABOUT GROW TO LEAD:

The Grow to Lead Network for Women Entrepreneurs is designed to support female founders in the Kingston and Quinte region as they transition from the role of solopreneur to CEO of their business.

Through a creative blend of online training, expert guest presenters, group and one-on-one coaching, and facilitated discussions, participants will gain practical tools, financial confidence, smart business practices, and a powerful peer-to-peer network.

Work in Quinte as a division of The Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board is committed to acknowledging, appreciating and understanding the Indigenous peoples’ historic connection to this land and to raising awareness by building relationships in collaboration with Indigenous partners and communities.

We recognize and acknowledge that we are living and working on the traditional territory of the Wendat, Mississauga, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee which includes the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka (Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte) with whom we work in direct partnership with.

This partnership focuses on the common goal of celebrating the region with the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka who are equal partners within the organization and at the Board of Directors table contributing to the mandate and operations.

This mandate includes listening to, learning from, and collaborating with the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka and actively incorporating their culture and heritage into the practice of responsible destination marketing and management of the region.

We understand that this land acknowledgement is only a small step towards the larger process of reparations and reconciliation.
