Administrative Controller

We’re currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Controller to oversee and support our business administration and financial processes.

Position Summary:

The Administrative Controller will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, supervising administrative operations, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role combines strong accounting knowledge with administrative leadership supporting our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial and administrative operations
• Oversee and prepare monthly and year-end financial statements and reports
• Active support for each business director in daily operations
• Prepare budgets, expenditures, and cash flow documents
• Supervise payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing departments
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and HR policies
• Improve and maintain administrative systems, processes, and controls
• Liaise with external chartered accountants, banks, and other executives
• Supervise and support accounting and administrative staff
• Assist in strategic planning and forward decision-making

Qualifications:

• College diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
