Are you passionate about people, love the outdoors, and have a flair for storytelling? Napanee River Tours is looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team as Tour Guide & Server aboard our scenic river cruises.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome guests and provide engaging, informative, and entertaining commentary during tours.

  • Serve food and beverages onboard, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Assist with boarding and disembarking guests safely.
  • Work with the crew to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment.
  • Represent the spirit and history of our river and community with pride.

You Are:

Outgoing, energetic, and personable.

  • Comfortable speaking to groups and sharing local knowledge (training provided).
  • Experienced in food & beverage service (preferred but not required).
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset.

Requirements:

Must have your Smart Serve.

  • Responsible, punctual, and professional.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or public speaking is a plus.
