What is Leadercast?
Leadercast is the largest one-day leadership event that brings together globally respected experts (see below) on one stage to share knowledge and insights from their leadership journeys. Think of it as 8 Ted Talks for Leadership. Leadercast provides leaders of all levels with the tools and wisdom to grow in their leadership and transform their organizations for the better.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every Leadercast participant walks away inspired, better equipped, and motivated to lead in new ways. The ripple effects from hearing world-class leaders, athletes, disruptors, innovators, and teachers are invaluable.

  • Perspective-Shifting: Hear insights from stellar communicators, teachers, and authors
  • Tangible: Real-world takeaways you can apply right away
  • Unexpected: Powerful, emotional, and poignant moments
  • Powerful: It only takes a moment to change a person or a perspective
  • Sustaining: Ongoing support to keep you going
  • Fun: A truly unique experience that will surprise you

Work in Quinte as a division of The Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board is committed to acknowledging, appreciating and understanding the Indigenous peoples’ historic connection to this land and to raising awareness by building relationships in collaboration with Indigenous partners and communities.

We recognize and acknowledge that we are living and working on the traditional territory of the Wendat, Mississauga, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee which includes the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka (Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte) with whom we work in direct partnership with.

This partnership focuses on the common goal of celebrating the region with the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka who are equal partners within the organization and at the Board of Directors table contributing to the mandate and operations.

This mandate includes listening to, learning from, and collaborating with the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka and actively incorporating their culture and heritage into the practice of responsible destination marketing and management of the region.

We understand that this land acknowledgement is only a small step towards the larger process of reparations and reconciliation.

Warning Side effects include employment and mild excitement
