Weekend Shift

  • Friday to Sunday 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM
    36 hours per week

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

  • Activities related to inbound and outbound shipments
  • Picking and packing work/sales order
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting
  • Annual inventory auditing
  • Safely operate various types of material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, order picker) to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting product
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal distribution teams by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner
  • All other warehouse functions assigned by the Warehouse Shift Supervisor and Team Lead

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse/distribution experience is an asset
  • Valid forklift, reach truck, order picker licensing preferred
  • SAP/Warehouse management system experience is an asset
  • Must be an effective communicator and listener
  • Must have the ability to read English with comprehension

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Grip and lift boxes frequently, twist, bend, lower and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Associates must consistently kneel, stoop, and crouch without accommodation
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods and occasionally walk. The noise level in the work environment fluctuates but is usually moderate.
  • The employee must have the ability to work well with others within a small group and foster a team climate. Punctuality and reliability through good attendance is required
