Barcovan Golf Course
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Pro Shop Associate to join our team for the upcoming golf season (May–October). If you enjoy working with people and love the game of golf, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun and energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet golfers, check them in, and process payments for golf and merchandise
- Answer the pro shop phone, book tee times, and enter customer information into the system
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pro shop
- Assist customers with golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment
- Serve food and beverages, including alcohol (Smart Serve required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of golf terminology, rules, and etiquette
- Familiarity with golf apparel and equipment is an asset
- Previous retail or golf experience preferred
- Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Enjoy working in a social, customer-facing environment
Availability Requirements:
- Able to work approximately 3 shifts per week from May through October
- Must be available to work weekends
- Valid Smart Serve certification required
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
