Barcovan Golf Course

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Pro Shop Associate to join our team for the upcoming golf season (May–October). If you enjoy working with people and love the game of golf, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet golfers, check them in, and process payments for golf and merchandise
  • Answer the pro shop phone, book tee times, and enter customer information into the system
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pro shop
  • Assist customers with golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment
  • Serve food and beverages, including alcohol (Smart Serve required)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of golf terminology, rules, and etiquette
  • Familiarity with golf apparel and equipment is an asset
  • Previous retail or golf experience preferred
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Enjoy working in a social, customer-facing environment

Availability Requirements:

  • Able to work approximately 3 shifts per week from May through October
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Valid Smart Serve certification required

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
