Barbers Flowers is looking for a friendly and reliable Flower Shop Associate to join their team. That enjoys working with flowers, provides excellent customer service, and thrives in a creative, fast‑paced environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with floral selections and orders
  • Prepare and arrange basic floral designs
  • Maintain flower quality and shop cleanliness
  • Process in‑store and phone orders
  • Support deliveries and inventory as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Creative interest in flowers or design is an asset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads
  • Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
