Job Title: Product Supply Associate

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

JOB Purpose

The purpose of the role is to perform the function inventory control, internal and external customer part requirements, picking and staging orders, assisting to coordinate service tasks, cycle counts, transfers and receiving goods.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

· Support customer needs in the Napanee location.

· Assist in receiving and supporting parts calls in the “parts call group”.

· Receive, transfer and organize inventory.

· Assist coordinating service tasks with the call centre.

· Picking and staging parts and materials for various orders.

· Organize and maintain yard and warehouse product.

· Cycle counts as needed and assist with trouble shooting inventory issues.

· Loading and Unloading trucks with pallet trucks and forklift

· Returning materials into stock, Documenting quantities and part numbers.

Work experience requirements

· Experience in Inventory / Warehouse / Yard environment

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

· Goal Oriented.

· Valid G Driver’s License with clean abstract

·Ontario DZ License an asset but not required.

· Experience in Agriculture/Dairy Industry an asset

· Ability to lift up to 50LBs

· Computer Skills at the intermediate to advanced level.

· Track record of managing in a high-volume SKU setting.

· Comfortable with MRP systems or willing to learn.

Education requirements

· High School Graduate
